We selected Ultraframe to design/build a UPVC roof light with a super-strong frame that required less glazing bars so we might offer a roof lantern which is not only very strong but aesthetically best described as architecturally amazing, with minimal glazing bars this roof lantern will enhance almost any flat roof extension or orangery with the extra light to shine through and at night a perfect starry night will never be the same .

We proudly present this Lantern Roof which is Made in Britain and sized at 3500mm by 1000mm to fit an external kerb size of up to 3500mm width x 1000mm depth. This lantern roof comes flat packed without glass which makes for easier installation and saves cost as you can shop locally for the glass (sizes supplied with this product).
Comprehensive easy to follow instructions and one of our gurus at the end of a phone or on Skype (by pre-booked appointment) if you wish to fit it yourself or if you’d prefer to use a local installer then you can shop about for your trusted tradesman. KEY PERFORMANCE CRITERIA
Rectangular double ended rooflights, with a width from 1000-2000*mm and a length from 1500-4000*mm. Thermally broken aluminium ridge body. 25 degree fixed pitch to all four sides. Glazing bar top caps in either chambered PVC (white only) or aluminium (White RAL 9003 80% gloss, Anthracite Grey RAL 7016 30% gloss and Satin Black RAL 9005 60% gloss).
Low profile eaves beam (no gutter) designed to be fitted with oversailing 24mm double glazed units (high performance low e, self cleaning and solar control in blue or neutral/clear - units can be supplied with the rooflight).
UltraSky is designed around maximum uninterrupted sight lines – bar numbers are reduced (or can be added if you prefer) and the ridge board and hub ends are as unobtrusive as possible.
The thermal performance has been optimised to make it suitable for extensions in domestic properties. Typical U value with 1.1 glass for a 1000mm wide x 2000mm long rooflight is 1.4 W/m2K.
